This piece of equipment is a HUGE time saver. Fiddling around with chopping by hand is over with this unit! Just cut the item into large pieces and let this unit do the rest. I make a Mediterranean type salad in a fraction of the time it takes to do by hand. It chops and shreds so efficiently, I wouldn’t want to be without it.Cleanup is a breeze. Top shelf this bad boy in the dishwasher and that’s it!
