Compared to the last piece of overseas garbage I had, this thermometer reads very quick. The display is nice and large, making it easy to see. Another cool think is the display will automatically orient itself to whichever way you’re holding the thermometer.The thermometer is kind of on the big side and the hinge is not spring loaded, so do not expect one handed operation. If you got small hands, this thermometer may be cumbersome to use. I have large hands so I’m ok with it.My only grip with this thermometer are the magnets are too weak to hold it in place on something that get’s constant use like a refrigerator door. The thermometer is so heavy and it just slides down door every time the fridge is opened and closed. With no included protective case, I have to store this monster back in its original box, every-single-time, which is bit of an inconvenience, plus it takes up valuable drawer space.Other than the one minor gripe, I am extremely happy with this thermometer. If the size or the weak magnets do not put you off, I’d highly recommend you pick this one up. It’s a decent thermometer at at good price.
