Wonderful product, its heavy but super durable and easy to clean. It has a nice sleek design and definitely won’t slip. It spins really easily and it is worth my money. It works and will hold a very heavy cake or any dessert you whip up!

The perfect tool for the job!
Just to be clear, I have 2 turntables I use for custom cakes. One is pretty vintage, wooden and works fine. It’s my go to because it spins nicely but it’s kind of short. The other is an Ateco cast iron one that I barely use because as many times as I’ve added oil to the base of it, it doesn’t turn as fast as I want. THIS one though, is ideal. Once I took it out of the box the first thing I did was give it a good spin. Not as fast as a motorized unit or a McGyvered version of a pottery wheel but fast enough to make my icing porcelain smooth. The base of it is nonslip too, so that’s a plus. If you own one of those cheap plastic turntables and want better quality and results, I highly recommend this item.
