Parchment paper? Hardly needed. Oil? Need less of it. A PANIC without one of these on it? Rare. This makes cleaning an absolute breeze. And something I noted, dry flour sticks to it! Making it easy to flour a surface with less flour! Perfect for rolling cookie dough or making any bread! They roll up neatly to fit into a drawer, and the space they do take up is worth the value it brings. I absolutely do not regret a single penny I spent on this. Especially as a single mom, this makes it so much easier to make time to cook awesome meals. It made it so much easier for me to make time to make cookies with my son. Exaggerating? These are amazing! I like the circles on the cookie sheets for spreading my cookies out evenly. The cookies never stick and the mats wash up easily with soap and water, with no residue left behind. They are also perfect for rolling out dough because it doesn’t stick like it does on the counter.
