A nice dispenser but not always easy to use. Cutting blade does not cut well and film sometimes sticks to edge.

This has been such an efficiency addition. No longer do I have to find the start of the film, wrestle with the box, box slicer when it tears off. By not wasting film that gets only partially torn off, it also has extended the life of the film. Awesome purchase.

If it doesn’t fit then it isn’t commercial duty
Bought the san Jamar sw18 then ordered the 18” 5000’ cling wrap and it doesn’t fit.The diameter of the roll was too big to fit in the cylinder shape compartment of theSan Jamar, my opinion is that this is not for commercial size cling wrap but for householdSize that you find at Costco or Sam’s which are smaller diameter size rolls

This thing is great if you wrap / cover a lot of things. Before this my staff had cuts several times per week, now there is none. It’s built well and sticks to the stainless table with suction feet.

Not good quality. Difficult to use.
I expected a solid product from Jamar, but this one was not.1. the cutter does not slide easily and requires strong fingers. Sometimes it drags the plastics wrap with it, causing it to wrinkle and be discarded. I had been using cheaper disposable carton dispensers for years, and they always worked flawlessly.2. The unit is very light and flimsy. However, if it worked well, this would not have been a problem.3. The packaging does not have any cushioning or padding. It is just placed in a carton. Parts of the unit broke trough the packaging, but nothing was broken. Again, if the unit worked well, this would not have been a problem.
