You can contact via Amazon Message. Or you can activate and register and find our contact information directly. We always provide 12 hours reponse time service but usually we will reply within 8 hours.

Great Frother
Before I purchase anything, I like to reach out to the seller first and find out more about the warranty. Elisa responded very quickly and explained the warranty to me. She also told me how to register my frother once I received it.My frother was delivered in the evening so I used it the following day. I didn’t need to charge it because it already had a charge. It was easy to use and frothed my 2% milk and my flavored creamer perfectly. I am very happy with it, so far.To sum it up: 1) Elisa was responsive and genuinely seemed to care about her customers, which gave me confidence in making this purchase.2) Frother works great with milk and milk products.3) I’m glad I won’t have to be replacing batteries. All I have to do is plug it in and I’ll be good to go. Plus, the charging cord comes with it.If you are having doubts let me reassure you, you won’t be sorry if you purchase it. I really think you’ll like it.Edit #1: I have had this frother for less than 6 months. This is the 2nd time I have had to charge it; pretty impressive, huh? Each charge lasted for about 2 months! Unfortunately, when I went to use it the following day it was completely dead. The charge did not hold and I was unable to use it. I have read reviews about this happening, but, like most people, I didn’t think it would happen to me. Well, it did. I contacted the seller and I will update with the end result. I really do like this frother and I am hoping the seller will do the right thing.Edit #2: I received the new frother within a week. Like the previous one, it came with a charge. Elisa, the customer service rep, was responsive, which I appreciated. It’s nice to have my frothy coffee again; I really missed it. I hope this frother lasts longer than 6 months, but if it doesn’t, I hope Elisa will help me again. So, in a nutshell, this company offers great customer service and backs up their product. Beyond worth it!
Before this, I used battery powered frothers and couldn’t keep up with replacing the batteries. As soon as the batteries began to lose their charge, the frothers weren’t powerful enough. Somehow, this doesn’t begin to lose its charge until the charge runs out. I’ve spent a fraction of the price buying this as I did on batteries. I got this in Aug 2024. It’s amazing and incredibly powerful. In a year, I charged it 3 times.If you don’t get the froth you’re looking for, I’d suggest you watch a video on how to froth correctly. I learned there’s a proper technique that really improves the outcome. It made a world of difference for me.The charge time advertised is not correct. It lasts much much much longer on one charge. After the charge died, I charged it for maybe an hour and then I used it to whisk thick body butter. When washing it, I got it too wet. The motor wouldn’t stop running, so I called it a loss and put it outside to let it run until it stopped. It ran for hours. Sometime during the night it shut off. The next day, I pressed the on button again and it ran the entire day.It has a warranty, but I never registered mine, so I don’t mind paying for a replacement since it is so inexpensive.I’m writing this review now because I liked it so much that I just purchased another one to replace it. I hope this helps.If you’re unsure:It is incredibly powerful, but has two speeds, so one will work for any frothing needs.The price is unbeatable, much less than you’ll spend on batteries.The charge lasts unbelievably long and stays just as powerful until the charge runs out.It is detachable, so washing it is really simple. Just wipe the top part.

The best frother I have found!!
– I have had several milk frother from this brand. I will continue to purchase from them. The products are good and the customer service is absolutely stellar.- The frother comes with two heads (the balloon whisk and frother attachments) as well as the charger.- It feels very sturdy and when turned on, the head spins smoothly and runs quietly.- I do find that the battery lasts a long time. I prefer this type of rechargeable frother versus one that takes batteries. The battery powered one (from a different brand) that I had was constantly needing new batteries.- My husband and I use this everyday to mix our protein shakes and the balloon wisk does an excellent job. It is much faster than a shaker cup and mixes the protein powder in completely.- Overall, for the price and quality, this is the best frother that I have found. On top of that, the customer service is absolutely amazing (Elisa is the BEST). I will continue to buy from this brand and I highly suggest you do the same!

Pros :Robust, powerful and no wobble.Cons :1. Switch is at the top instead of where your thumb would naturally rest. This becomes awkward to switch it on and off without splashing everywhere.2. That double whip locks lot of bits between the whisks and is really very hard to clean.3. The power is also a problem as it’s on or off and it’ll plaster whatever you are whisking everywhere.Note to designer : variable speed control and positioning the control in a natural location would have made this product 100%I naturally seem to go back to using my Ikea whisk which says a lot about its usability

Old (20 yrs) battery operated frother really wore out, tried many replacements, starting with sophisticated and relatively expensive vessel-steyle frother which heats and froths automatically. These were very disappointing, as frothing was very inconsistent and often completely unsatisfactory. Went back to handheld, choosing chargeable over batteries for less pollution. This frother is amazing, most powerful and effective we have used. Current charge has lasted many weeks if not months, and we have coffee every day. This is on the low setting, which is more than adequate for our frothing. I imagine the higher setting will be useful if ever the battery starts to lose strength as it ages. No sign of aging in the six months we have had it. It cleans very easily without disassembly, the shaft is long, easy to rinse under tap without getting main unit wet. The stand is excellent, easy to place and remove frother, minimalist design and small footprint so does not clutter up counter space, and practical to place frother next to counter outlet for charging when needed. Definitely an excellent product and value.I noticed in some reviews (not neccessarily this frother) people experienced the shaft going out of alignment of their frother, and then also slower operation. This can happen with inadvertent bending/angle force in a drinking vessel. When the shaft is out of alignment, the physics of the motor working harder to counter the centrifugal force of the shaft will slow it down. Gently bend the shaft into position in perfect alignment with motor/handle, and it should work fine and fast.
