Excellent Baking Mats At A Great Price!
These mats are terrific. Years ago, my wife and I started using the French brand Silpat silicone baking mats. Although very expensive, at the time, they were the only thing on the market and they did work amazingly well.Over time, cooks everywhere discovered the usefulness of these baking mats — and thankfully, competition entered the marketplace. A couple years ago, we needed to replace our well-used Silpat mats. After doing some online shopping, we decided to try this brand… at a fraction of the price. A great decision!We read several reviews on this and other similar brands. Of course, a few folks had some nit-picking concerns about odd smells or the painted trim rubbing off, etc. Don’t ya’ just love food neurotics? Over our years of frequent use of both brands of silicone mats, we have experienced none of these issues. We simply wash them with hot soapy water, dry them, and put them away for the next use.For us, these terrific baking mats work every time all the time. We found that this brand of silicone mat performs identically to our former Silpat mats — and at about 1/4 the cost. Check them out for yourself… you’ll be glad you did!

EXCELLENT!
These mats are easy to use, easy to clean and work like a charm! I have made cinniman rolls, fish sticks, and warm up pizza. I have baked cookies and none of them will stick! They also save your cookies sheets from wearing out.

Great for cookies!
I used these to bake some sticky caramel cookies that were supposed to be baked on a lightly greased cookie sheet. I slipped one of these onto the cookie sheet, skipped the “grease”, baked at 350 for 17 mins and the cookies came off very easily after allowing to cool for about a minute – no stains, evenly baked cookies, easy clean up. These keep their shape, so you can store them rolled up and they will return to flat when you need them. I had to trim about 1/2″ off of mine to fit my cookie sheets (using a pair of scissors); this was very easy to do and did not impact the performance or stability of the mat. I would recommend inspecting the cut edge for fibers and washing thoroughly after trimming.

I had a similar silicone mat I got from Aldi’s that lasted a long, long time, maybe a decade, amazingly durable. it was getting pretty blackened so I looked at new options and knew I wanted a couple big ones and a small one and this was the lowest cost set of those on Amazon. It was a good choice and although there is no way of knowing if it will last as many years as the Aldi’s one but so far it is fine and the quality does not seem dissimilar from my old one. I have no idea how these things are as durable as they are but it is one of the greatest kitchen conveniences and saves your pans.

They are extremely durable, easy to clean, and heat resistant as advertised. But DO NOT use a sharp knife to cut on them. The mats will cut! My bad.I’d been using my small mat in my toaster oven and loved how it worked with all products. So I was anxious to see how the mats worked for cookies. I still used a metal cookie sheet, but instead of using parchment, grease, or even a dry pan for some cookies–I placed one of these silicone mats directly on each cookie sheet before loading it up with the various cookie doughs. They all baked beautifully and they were so easy to move off the mats to the cooling rack.This was a replacement product and an upgrade to a larger size, and I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again, if it becomes necessary. However, I won’t be so careless eigh the knife next time!
