Our pure white sheet set is dye-free for very good reasons. Textile dyes pollute our drinking water, kill aquatic life, and ruin our soils. So-called “low impact” dyes still have “impact” and involve the use of synthetic chemicals, while “natural dyes” are resource, water and land intensive, can cause skin and lung irritation to textile workers and require the use of toxic mordants. Since we know that textile dyes cause pollution, do we really need dyed bedding?

Twin Eucalyptus Silk Sheets Shipped Quickly and Ethically to Your Door
There’s an inverse relationship between packaging and sustainability – less is more. We would rather have our ultra soft bed sheets do the talking, so we use uncoated, undyed, natural Kraft brown boxes. We use leftover fabric to make re-usable bags that keep our sheets neatly folded and glassine paper bags, rather than plastic, to protect our eucalyptus sheets during shipping. Our packaging contains no plastic, and our shipping is CO2 neutral. We are conscientious and resourceful every step of the way!

You will notice that our twin size eucalyptus silk sheets are a bit larger than what you’re used to. We prefer a little bit deeper pockets in our fitted sheets, a little extra tuck room for our top sheet, and a little extra overlap for our comforter. A little bit larger also means no more nighttime tug-of-war!

Comfortable , would buy again
I absolutely love these sheets. I was unsure of what to expect for the cost but I was pleasantly surprised by the durability of the elastic and the softness of the material.It did come in a reusable bag which is great because plastic always gets thrown away. Ontop of that it didn’t have regular packaging. I thought this was delightful because it made me forget what I was expecting to come in the mail.The piece of paper said that they would plant a tree because I now have these sheets and that was so nice too. Its a QUALITY pair of sheets. And this is coming after a few weeks of using and washing them. The white is still vibrant and the material is still so comfy to lay on.
