easy way to serve chips and dip
This bowl set is made of high-quality acrylic that looks like glass but is the weight and durability of acrylic. It’s a very clever and useful design as well. Because it’s lightweight, it’s easy to transport. You can carry it out to the picnic table or move it from room to room when serving snacks. Because it’s not breakable, you don’t have to worry if it gets knocked off the picnic table or falls off the coffee table after a touchdown celebration.The clear bowl is a good size and will hold chips or any other snack. Because the dip bowl detaches, you can use the chip bowl with or without the dip accessory– thus adding to the bowl’s versatility. The “handle” with the dip bowl easily locks into place and is easily detached, but it stays in place very well when it use. I like that it detaches as a concept but also because it means that I can easily separate the two pieces when it’s time to wash the bowl. You can hand-wash, and it’s often dishwasher safe (which is great, if you’ve been serving messy dips).The size is generous without being huge. It won’t take up too much real estate on your countertop or table, and it will easily fit on a standard coffee table. You can even fill the bowl with popcorn and hug it to your chest while watching a movie.Because the dip part detaches, it can be somewhat “compacted” for storage, which is really useful– cabinet space is always at a premium.This is a higher price than some chip and dip sets, but you get what you pay for, and this is a great value. It’s versatile and multi-functional, and cleanup is easily. You have the peace of mind of not worrying about broken glass. You can use it for serving inside the house, and it’s really outstanding for carrying outside. It’s a great thing to get for your own home, or it would make a great gift (think wedding shower).

Convenient bowl when counter space is limited. It comes in two pieces which makes storing it easier, and you can use just the bowl. (The dip part does not work well as a stand alone, fyi.)Hand washes quickly. the plastic feels durable. It’s a bit steep price for the product, but not terribly so, as this should last a while.
