I am currently monitoring my calorie consumption and this scale has been really helpfully. The app is easy to use and tells the calories and weight. The scale is also easy to use and switching modes is easy.

I’m loving this smart kitchen scale! It’s super easy to use, and the Bluetooth app is really handy for tracking calories and nutrients , it even tracks 20 different nutrients. The scale is accurate to 1g, and the 5kg capacity is plenty for everything I need to weigh.The tare function is great for meal prep and baking, and it’s helping me stay on track with my fitness goals. Overall, it’s really practical, accurate, and makes tracking food so much easier.

When i eventually worked them out, they work brilliant. Takes time to understand how to imput relevent data as they dont always find the englush version of food you require.

Lets face it – this is a scale.The thing that makes it such a smart scale is the app. The scale itself doesnt have any idea of what you are weighing (other than it’s fluid, etc), it’s the app that it communicates with that does all the heavy lifting in regards to it’s “Smart” functionality.Outside of the “app”, it’s really a scale. I’ve taken a look at the app, and while it’s quite informative for things like calories, etc, it’s not overly useful if you’re using it to weigh things like printing material, etc – but it doesnt claim to, so I cant really complain there.For the scale, it’s build quality is quite nice, it’s certainly an attractive scale. Great display, nice and easy to use buttons. It looks good. It’s a scale, I guess you pay what you think you should for a scale.For those that want the scale to interract with a health app for nutrition, absolutely – this is a nice scale. For those people that want a scale to be a scale, then I guess you make your own decision.
